No. Erin New Homes is an independent guide run by a registered salesperson with RE/MAX Excellence Real Estate Brokerage. We are not affiliated with any builder. We help buyers register for releases, compare communities and navigate the purchase.

For buyers of new homes, our commission is normally paid by the builder through its co-operating broker program, so there’s typically no cost to you. We’ll confirm how compensation works for any specific project before you buy.

Builders set prices, but registered agents often get earlier access to releases, first pick of lots and occasionally agent-only incentives. Where builders allow it, we also negotiate on extras, deposit structures and closing caps.
