About Everwood
Everwood sits at 5520 Eighth Line, west of Eighth Line and south of the Coscorp lands, on the western edge of Erin Village. The County of Wellington granted draft plan approval on December 11, 2025 for 182 single-detached lots, plus eight residential reserve blocks that the Town counts as about 12 more future singles.
The site totals about 36 hectares, but lots cover only about 7 hectares. Roughly 24 hectares are protected natural heritage system, with open space, parks and stormwater ponds, so many lots will back onto green space. Single frontages range from about 30′ to 36′.
The Town reports that Mattamy has secured a wastewater allocation of 210 single-detached equivalents, enough for the plan. Mattamy’s site lists Everwood as Coming Soon with registration only; prices and a sales centre haven’t been announced.

The investor view on Everwood
Mattamy is Canada’s largest homebuilder, and an all-singles plan with this much protected green space is rare at Erin’s price point. Expect strong interest from GTA buyers who know the brand. Because it is draft approved with servicing allocated, the main open questions are launch timing and pricing.
Third-party sites have floated prices “from $1M+”; nothing official has been published. Registering early is the way to see the first price list and pick premium ravine or green-space lots.
Location
Eighth Line, west Erin Village. About 25–28 minutes to Acton or Georgetown GO, 37 minutes to Guelph and 43 minutes to downtown Brampton.
