What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, buyer type, budget, the communities you’re interested in, messages and calculator inputs you choose to send.
- Context about your visit: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, campaign (UTM) parameters, and the pages you viewed in that session.
- Standard technical data: browser type and approximate location from server logs, and analytics if enabled.
How we use it
- To respond to your request: sending the investor report, price lists, floor plans or analysis you asked for, or calling you back.
- To match you with relevant releases and give you real estate advice.
- If you tick the consent box, to email you new releases, price lists and Erin market updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or using the link in our emails.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use service providers to run this site and our business: Follow Up Boss (customer relationship management), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and some may store data outside Canada. We may share your details with RE/MAX Excellence Real Estate Brokerage as required for brokerage records, and with a builder only when you ask us to register you or book an appointment.
Retention and your rights
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by real estate regulations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser’s session and local storage to remember which pages you’ve viewed and whether you’ve already seen our report offer. If we add analytics or advertising pixels, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
